CHEF DE PARTIE - Full Time
An experienced Chef de Partie is required for this prestigious, 'No Ordinary Hotel'. You will have excellent kitchen skills and be looking to drive your career forward within a hotel that can offer excellent development progression. The position will include providing support to the Head Chef, managing preparation responsibilities and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be working with the finest, freshest ingredients to produce food of the highest standard in a busy hotel environment which also has an excellent reputation for its banqueting facilities.

You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a good quality hotel or restaurant which features fine dining with an emphasis on using fresh ingredients. You will have had a strong, stable career path and are looking to enhance your career further.

This is a full time position, working 5 days out of seven and will include evenings and weekends.
