The food was exceptional, please pass on our thanks to the chef, our waiter for the evening was very polite, helpful and efficient. The private dining room was intimate and cosy, just what we wanted. The castle looked beautiful, decorated and ready for Christmas. The staff, reception, waitress and waiters at breakfast and in the bar the previous evening, were all so very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
